Wow, very good! The wolf is especially my favorite. The sky is really well done; the contrasts are really working together. Only thing, I'd put more light on the girl and the wolf, since you have very dark clouds and then very white ones. But that's just me, though. ;) Fantastic job.

It's very sweet. I like the way you draw fur~ c:
Maybe add some highlight effects on the cloud where you have the light shining through, to show the light reflecting off of the water droplets/ice crystals in the clouds~.
That's the only suggestion I can think of.
